Driver’s’ License:

The Driver is required to have and display a valid Drivers’ License issued at least a year ago. Citizens of Non-EU countries are required to have a valid international Drivers’ License along with their regular Drivers’ License.

For renting scooters 50cc, is required a valid driver’s license type AM, or higher, for scooters 125cc a valid driver’s license of type A1 or higher, for scooters 200cc, a valid driver’s license of type A2 or higher. For renting an ATV, is required a valid driver’s license type B.

Fuel:

The Renter is obliged to return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as it had when collected. In the case of returning the vehicle with less fuel, the renter will be charged with the fuel difference. No refunds are issued for vehicles returned with more fuel than when collected.

24h Road Side Assistance

All of our vehicles are covered with 24 hour, 7day a week road side assistance anywhere on the island.

TRAFFIC FINES:

All traffic fines resulting from violation of the Greek traffic law are for renterʼs responsibility

Minimum Rental Charge:

The minimum rental charge is one day

Loss of key

In case of key loss, the renter is charged for the new one.

Delivery & Collection

We deliver and collect your vehicle anywhere in Zakynthos. Free of charge for most places.

Kilometers:

Our prices include unlimited kilometers.

Transportation by Ferry boats

is prohibited without the authorization of XRentals

Vehicle check

Prior to delivery, every vehicle is checked and washed in order for it to be delivered to the rental in excellent condition.

Additional driver:

Additional driver/drivers are free of charge. For all additional drivers applies the same policy that applies for the main driver regarding age, driving license etc

Insurance:

Third Party Insurance is included in all rentals. If you get into an accident that was your fault, your insurance will cover losses to any third party vehicles or property, but damage to your own vehicle will not be covered The customer can obtain full collision protection by purchasing Collision Damage Waiver.

NO INSURANCE COVERS

• The motorbike/ATV on board ship, without the charge of extra insurance
• If the driver is under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• For damages to the undercarriage of the vehicle, wheels,tires
• For accidents that take place when a driver not declared on the Rental Agreement.

IN CASE OF ACCIDENT

In the case of a road accident, you have to inform immediately our company.

Cancellation

No refunds for no shows or cancellations less than 48 hours in advance.
